"Call the restaurants up and tell them we are going to have a huge delivery for them. I really got one this time", Dr. Chicago told his receptionist.

Dr. Chicago made as much from selling the fat as he did from doing the liposuctions. Just discarding it as a bio-hazard waste seemed a financial waste to him. It cost him to do that. This made him money. No-brainer. Fat was fat.

"No one can tell the difference", he told his receptionist-girlfriend.

"Well, don't ever take me to one of them", she replied.

Yea. Like he'd take her to some place nice. He took her to Chinese restaurants. He'd order a vegan meal. He knew where they got their meat. Human fat was one thing, dogs and cats was another.

He could always talk one of his patients into at least twice as much lipo as they thought when they got there. If it was a female, three times. Guys would settle for looking okay. Females wanted perfection.

"Doctor, I want to get rid of all my bulges", one woman told him.

All of them? A woman is supposed to have some bulges. This one doesn't have any except, maybe, the whole body. He spent a long time explaining how he could almost sculpt her into a Venus de Milo. She got more and more excited as he spoke. By the time he got around to the cost she didn't care.

"I don't care what it cost. That's what second mortgages are for", she exclaimed.

He charged a premium for moving the fat from one place to another. He charged the premium to make up for the loss he took on not selling the fat. Then he added ten percent. He would often take fat from the stomach and add it to a face to make a chinless woman look dateable. Sometimes he took a beer belly from a guy and added it to his chest to make him look tough instead of stupid.

"Doctor, I'm no beauty and I know it. I'd at least like to look normal. I don't have a bust but my butt is way out of proportion. My weight is okay but I look funny", one of female patients was telling him.

After thinking it over he told her, "I can give you a smaller butt and a larger bust for the same weight".
